Institute for Computer Science and Control

The Institute for Computer Science and Control (SZTAKI) is the largest and most successful research institute in Hungary in the field of information science. SZTAKI is an information science workshop in the broad sense, a national research base for IT, computer science and related fields. It primarily focuses on the technical-scientific and mathematical aspects of IT, but research also includes all fields connected to the basic problems. Alongside a wide range of basic and applied research tasks, the Institute finds it important to apply its know-how in the fields of R&D, system design and integration, consulting and software development.
